60 Day Insanity Challenge - Day 5

Dear reader,

So after I got home from work today, which was like at 11:30 at night, i was really debating on whether or not I should do the next workout…and I must admit…i wasn’t going to do it…until my roommate texted me from work to remember to do the workout. I texted him back and told him what I was debating on and he texted me back with this message:

“Bitch u better do it. Wasting ppl’s time and shit…u better be buff as fuck by August.”

And after I laughed my ass off for a good 5 minutes or so, I decided to get my ass up, put the DVD on, and do the damn exercise.

The routine was pretty darn challenging and I took a few breaks here and there because I was still extremely exhausted from my 12 hour shift at work earlier, but I finished it.

I swear, as the workouts progress, my shirt gets more and more drenched in sweat! But I guess that’s a good sign because that means I’m actually pushing myself and releasing all those ugly ass calories that are just sitting on my body for no reason, making me look all unattractive and shit!

But any who, i gotta go! I have another 12 hour shift at work tomorrow! I should be asleep by now, but this damn insomnia…UGH!!

5 days down…55 more to go!!

P.S. SKINNY 101!!!

60 Day Insanity Challenge - Day 4

Dear reader,

So today when I woke up, I wasn’t as sore as I was the day before, but I was still sore. My legs felt like they were going to fall off at any minute and my lower back was still in pain, but i had to go to work, so i pushed through and toughed it out like always.

I ended up working a 12 hour shift at work and didn’t get home till about 11 at night. At first I wasn’t too sure about doing the exercise, but I’m on a mission. So there was no way I was going to allow myself to go to sleep without completing day 4 of the challenge, so i did it.

To my surprise, todays exercise was actually a recovery exercise and the routines were not as complex nor as difficult as the previous ones in the other videos, but boy was the title misleading. I thought it was going to be easy and relaxing, but NO. Of course not. This is INSANITY. NOTHING is going to be easy. Yeah the routines were toned down, but they still had their twists and turns. It still took quite a sweat out of me. I took a break here and there, but not as many as i have before.

Anyway, I have an extremely long day ahead of me tomorrow, so I gots to go get some beauty sleep! Until next time…

4 days down, 56 more to go!

Sincerely,

Ozzy!

P.S. DAMMIT, I MUST BE SKINNY!!

60 Day Insanity Challenge - Day 3

Dear reader,

I literally had to fight myself to get out of bed this morning. I woke up at around 9AM but did not get up until about 11AM. It was horrible. If I thought I was sore yesterday, ha! Well i was in PAIN today! My lower back was KILLING me. It hurt to get up, walk, sit down…hell it hurt to MOVE!

Even while i was at work, my co-worker kept asking me if i was okay and if i wanted to go home early. But of course, being the money hungry type of person that I am, i said no and stayed at work. After I got home, i took a quick nap and continued on to Day 3 of this damn Insanity Challenge. I questioned whether or not I should take a cheat day and continue onto day 3 tomorrow, but i couldn’t do it. I want to do this! I want to look back on day 60 and feel completely accomplished! So i did it!

I took a few more breaks than usual this time around, but i completed the entire exercise. It hurt to do a few of the routines, but i did it.

3 days down, 57 more to go!

Sincerely,

Ozzy!

P.S. I MUST BE SKINNY!!

60 Day Insanity Challenge - Day 2

Dear reader,

Today marks my second day of the 60 Day Insanity Challenge.

When I woke up this morning to go to work, I swear I did not want to get up out of bed. Nearly every bone in my body, every muscle, every tissue, every damn blood vessel, was sore! Everything hurt! Even walking was difficult. But I couldn’t miss work, so i toughed it out, got up, and went to work.

While I was at work, I ate a tuna sandwich and drank some sweet tea and when I got home I ate an apple and drank some water before I played the second DVD of Insanity.

Once again, half way through the WARM-UP, i felt like i was going to die. I was struggling to catch my breath and kept taking small 5 second breaks to drink some water. I pushed on though. I refused to quit. Then came the actual work out! That damn work out was way harder than the FITNESS TEST i took yesterday. I literally felt like i was going to die. I could feel my heart beating against my chest and I felt like it was going to come right out and splatter against the wall infront of me. But even then, I kept going. I listened to the instructor on the TV and kept drinking water when it was time to take a 30-Second break and used every second of that break!

It was hard, but I finished the entire work out. I didn’t die. LOL. Now I am sitting here on the couch after about 10 minutes of laying down on the floor in my own puddle of sweat and tears, trying to recover from that INSANE exercise I had just put myself through. I have no regrets though. I like feeling this way because I know I am making progress. I know this is not going to be easy, but I am up for the challenge.

2 days down, 58 more to go! :)

Sincerely,

Ozzy!

P.S. I WILL BE SKINNY!!!

I am now taking questions for my new Q&A Video tomorrow! So if you have any questions you’d like for me to answer, feel free to send me a message on here using the question option on my page! :)
